Dean of the Faculty of Production and Power Engineering of University of Agriculture in Krakow cordially invites for Scientific Conference:

Contemporary research trends in Agricultural Engineering

Conference will be an occasion to celebrate the Jubilee of 40 years of the Faculty of Production and Power Engineering.

Conference will take place in Krakow, 25-27 of September 2017, in Congress Center of University and in the Faculty buildings.

The conference will be held under the auspices of the Rector of University of Agriculture in Krakow, Polish Association of Agricultural Engineering, CIGR – International Commission of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, Committee of Agricultural Engineering.

The aim of the conference is to present the latest research results and their application into economic and social environment of agricultural engineering such as: precision farming, informative technologies in food production, biosensors, renewable energy, waste management and management support of farms with varied production scale, as well as technical and organizational aspects in agri-food sector.

The Organizing Committee together with Scientific Committee of the conference will take the efforts to index the conference proceedings in the Web of Science.

Within the framework of the conference we plan a study trip / excursion to the  waste incinerator “Ekospalarnia Kraków” and a visit to the Benedictine Abbey in Tyniec (lunch at the monastery).
